All the iSiteTV servers are individually and continuously monitored for both HTTP connectivity and database functionality. Any server that is unresponsive is automatically removed from the list of active servers and an email and SMS is sent to our engineers who are on call 24-7.
A secondary monitoring service by site improve also monitors the overall connection to the www.isitetv.com domain and if there is a problem an SMS and email are sent to the engineers. Database synchronisation between the servers is also continuously monitored and if any error is detected an email and SMS is again sent.
The response time to a notification of an incident is within one hour.
